• Pictures on the website are used as a sample image. Your actual product may vary slightly in color and logo placement.
• If you have questions about a particular item, please message us before making a purchase.
• For most orders once you place an order we cannot cancel or make adjustments to it. Please double check your SIZE, COLOR and SHIPPING ADDRESS before you check out.

SHIPPING

• As most items are made by print on demand companies we cannot guarantee any shipping dates/shipping speeds. As such we can offer no refunds based on slow shipping/extended shipping delays.
• Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Any customs/VAT fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees would be in addition to any shipping charges.
• All shipping updates can be accessed using the tracking number you receive to your email on file. Please check your tracking before contacting us as we only have access to the same information you do.
• For any tracking related issues/mail status not moving, we will give you contact information for the carrier used for you to contact for updates. 
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. For any lost, stolen or damaged packages please contact the applicable shipping service to make a claim. This information can be found in your tracking email.

• Discounts are only applicable for current & active Top Guy & My Push members in good standing with AFS
• Not all items in the store are able to have a discount applied
• To receive your discount you must enter it when you checkout. We are unable to make these adjustments post sale.

RETURNS

All items are NOT-REFUNDABLE and are FINAL SALE. If you have an issue or your item is damaged/defective please email us at boxofgimmicks1@gmail.com.
